Design Philosophy
Every landscape has an undeniable feel, a sense of place. Each site has a unique history, ecology, a soil type with established plant communities, surrounding views, a particular orientation to the fall of sunlight, creases in the land which form pathways of drainage. These and many more factors create an undeniable sense of place.
As landscape designers, we work with the existing land and all its complex facets to reveal the sense of power and beauty that is immanent there.
